Fulham put out two videos today to recognize Harry Wilson in preparation for Wales match against Bosnia-Herzegovina in a world cup qualifier and what seemed to be a Wales team destined to play Italy for a trip to the Americas. The first video focused on him becoming a leader of the Wales team and the second on what happens when you let him shoot with his left foot from the edge of the box. Sadly they didn't age well when Wales lost their match and saw Bosnia-Herzegovina move on to the final qualifier against Italy.

Wilson was given a look for one of his classic left-footed finishes, but it went off the woodwork instead. After extra time finished at 1-1, Wilson converted his PK nicely in the shootout, but Johnson skied his over and former Fulham LB Williams had a weak shot that was saved. That set up Bosnia-Herzegovina to win on PK's 4-2.

I'm sad for Harry, but glad for Bosnia.  St. Louis has a very large Bosnian population so I'll see some smiling faces around town.

Good to know since the best food I've ever had was in Bosnia-Herzegovina and I've wondered "Where can I go to get some more cevapcici?!"

If you ever find yourself here, Balkan treat box is the most well known restaurant.  They even have a stand at the St. Louis city MLS stadium

@stlouisbrad Yeah, I’ve heard of Balkan Treat Box—it’s a truly legendary spot! 🔥
It’s awesome that they’ve reached the point where they have a location right inside CityPark Stadium. That’s a clear sign that their food has caught on not just locally, but on a massive scale.

Who would have thought Bosnia and Herzegovina would actually qualify! For any of their opponents, do not let it go to a shootout, because they are unstoppable. If you are near Toronto, LA, or Seattle maybe you'll get a chance to do some tailgating with the Bosnian crowd - they know their way around a grill!

The best thing about the Bosnian team? 40 year-old Edin Dzeko leading the line. Ronaldo may not make it, leaving Dzeko as possibly the most notable “over the hill” outfield player at the World Cup.
