Getting back to the inability to put teams away, if you feel like Fulham's matches are almost always tight, you're right. This was Fulham's 14th straight Premier League match decided by one goal or less (7 wins, 2 draws, 5 losses).
Wow! That seems like that has to be a record of some sort. At least Fulham makes almost every match entertaining!
I just don't understand how the one player we needed the most in the second half never made it off the bench.
I couldn't agree more. I think that is why this season has been so frustrating at times. It feels like Silva regularly has players on the bench who would give Fulham a better shot than who is currently on the pitch. The potential is there, but bringing in subs to late or starting players like Lukic when there are better options has held Fulham back.
