Just a minute, let me put on my thinking (dunce) cap.

I believe the US has a fighting chance against the country I picked to win it all - while Belgium had a perfect 9 of 9 in the group, they didn't look that good. And that's the scary part because if they can put it together, the US will be lucky to not lose 4-0. But, I hope the US legs recover and the US can play a frustrating defense against the Belgians and hit on the counter or set pieces (and aside from Zusi's cross on Brooks' corner, he's been poor in his service). Make sure somebody smothers Fellaini on every set piece, don't give Lukaku any space and converge on Hazzard every single time he has the ball. Maybe Bradley can also play in the manner in which we all know he can and put a shot in the back of the net...

In the end, my gut says the US, but my meager brain says the Waffles.
