As for EJ, I'd argue that their play is not identical at all. People loved McBride b/c he fought for the ball and Ching seems to do the same thing (albeit with less skill). Eddie goes down at first contact quite a bit by comparison. Whether it's perception or reality, that lends one to question his heart and effort.
