    Well, according to rumors on Bigsoccer the USSF might be passing me over in favor of Jose Pekerman. Gulati, what did I do wrong?

    here's an article that is being used as the speculation. Yes, it's in spanish.

    I'm not into Argentina media, so I have no clue as to its reliability.



    Edit: It basically says that Jose will be announced as the US coach after the Women's Gold Cup, in two weeks.

    Well, it's my understanding that Pekerman has a good mind for the game and should benefit the USMNT greatly. I would have preferred Klinsmann given he's already acclimated to the US and, more importantly, how MLS functions. But hey, good move if this is true.

    And if he does poorly, we all know what to yell at him too.

    If it's between Pekerman and Klinsmann, I can't say I would be disappointed either way. But I kind of prefer Pekerman, because he has a little more experience in coaching.
