If I were Pep, I'd seriously think twice about getting rid of Robben. Or making too many changes to this team for next year.

    Wow.

Professional defenders know Robben is cutting in on his left foot and he still gets there with such regularity. He is a difference maker on the pitch.

I'm sure Fox isn't exactly thrilled that there are no Spanish or English giants in the Final, but the match itself should be entertaining. Goetze is not available due to his hamstring, of course since he is going to Bayern next season I'm thinking his hammy might have felt miraculously better if Dortmund were playing Barca

I don't know much about German football, so I guess I'll go for the underdog and root for Dortmund. Is it safe to assume their are no Americans involved?

What a match. Exciting from the first moment to the last. I was greedily hoping for extra time just to see it go on. Dante probably should have been given a second yellow on the penalty, but from a neutral standpoint, hard to find much critical to say about the match. Hats off to both Dortmund and Bayern.

Neven Subotic WANTED to be an American, but US Soccer turned their back on him at the U-17 level and now he plays for Serbia. He is by far the best American central defender in the game, but we sent him away -- much the same way Canada sent Owen Hargreaves away.
