About time. As a diehard fan of Kentucky Basketball, I say good riddance and thank you for leaving.

Yes, Tubby won a championship, but not with his players and things have slipped a good bit in recent years. He's a good coach, but I think it was time for him move along....I wonder who's on the short list?

Plenty of names being thrown around, from the plausible (Crean, Calipari, Izzo, Gillespie, Travis Ford) to wishful thinking (Pitino, Billy Donovan). People are quick to jump on UK fans for being unreasonable, but 1 final four in 10 years isn't too much to ask...

Ummm summathem wouldn't be happy if they found a way to clone ol' Adolph and bring him back.

And You know it. I say let Ashley Judd pick the coach, this time. A little more input from her and ol Rick mighta stayed.

I wouldn't mind watching Ashley on the sidelines for a season.

The Texas Aggie coach just got rich after two weeks of "will he, won't he go to KY."

He not only draws well, he's got common sense... Kentucky fans shoot selves in foot. Repeatedly.

I am thinking hmmm, Thad Matta... will he?

Not if he's got a brain in his head. He can already recruit anywhere he needs to. What does he gain at Lexington... only headaches and pressure.

Because we all remember Randy Ayers and Jim O'Brien... Buckeye fans will carp about 3 or 4 days.

And you notice no one is screaming 'Dump Tressel' either.

No chance of Matta leaving...He is in a Golden situation.
His next recruiting class is almost as good is his last.

How about little Jay Burson for Buckeyes coach....he can even wear the iron halo.

Nice one on the Jay Bruson call dstriker!! Perhaps he can use former Buckeye and current NBA assistant coach Chris Jent as an assistant.

why not call up Treg Lee, Lawrence Funderburke, and Dennis Hopson as well.

Did I just say Dennis Hopson......possibly the greatest draft pick by the Chicago Bulls.....ever...er...I mean....

Nice dstriker!! Some blasts from the past. I always enjoy that kind of stuff. Hopson was rubbish!! He was supposed to be the greatest thing since sliced bread, but that did not happen as we all know.
