There is still a loud sucking sound at Tottenham and Hull remains, in my opinion, the best story of the season.

My Spurs are in deep deep do-do.

Levy, Comolli, & Ramos all need to go.

Heard that Roy Keane has not signed his contract extension. That kind of Hard Ass is needed at Spurs. Start busting some chops!

Just as a point to discuss... What if Spurs go down? What will that mean for the club? With the way that the EPL is now - will that mark the end of top flight football?

Are we looking at Leeds #2?

I am kind of starting to freak out.

Down early to Udinese. I've seen Big Sam mentioned several times already with Tottenham. Why is there such a fascination with recycling that guy?

I don't think it much matters who the manager is at this point. They have to replace some of what they lost to get out of this mess.

Allardyce has a decent track record, and has won with some pretty mediocre squads. Then again, so has Steve McClaren, and he'd be run out of town immediately upon hire just about anywhere in England.

I don't think Tottenham are in trouble. They are fundamentally a better club than we are with a better squad than we have, and I don't think WE'RE in trouble. They ARE doing a heck of a Newcastle imitation, and they just finished the worst summer transfer season I've ever seen. None of this is necessarily down to Ramos. I just can't understand why any club would transfer Berbatov, Keane, and Malbranque and then wonder why they aren't scoring goals.

The problem is that they've adopted this squirrly European management system. THAT's what needs to be fixed.

I don't think they will be down for long. The Yids just need to have a little come to Jesus. ;-)

I see four points max for Spurs in these four fixtures. I would say less than that because the only game that is winnable in this list, Bolton, will be a draw because Spurs have a generous D and no one is scoring goals. Do you really want to trust your strike force in the hands of Darren Bent? Pavlyuchenko (sp?) is already wishing he was outta there.

That would leave them solidly rooted to the bottom of the table and it would be then time for them to really be worried for two reasons. First is the adage is you're hosed if you're last at Christmastime and it won't be too far away then.

    Second is this:

    Saturday, 15 November 2008

Fulham FC v Tottenham Hotspur FC

and they will get a Biblical style beat down from the whites when they come around. Juande, we'll save a whoopin' just for you!

There will be a change. The loss tonight sealed it. Now it is just a question of who goes.

As far as the first part of the post,

    Shows what I know.

As far as the Fulham game, hey, in the words of the late, great Marvin Gaye, "Let's get it on!"
