Allow me to kick off the yappin'.

Should be fun. Wish I could be there.

I'm thinking a rather "game" Fulham either tie or win.

Can't wait to see some pics. Anyone know if this is on the boob tube?

Just today on SkySports they were showing Celtic's new shirt for this year (it features a "stylish" v-neck and gold trim, ha! [but, it actually looked good]) and a few players were proclaiming the club is set up to improve on their European finish of last year. This friendly didn't seem to be on the Bhoys' minds.

I suggest you scour the internets (check the offal first) for some type of illicit [allegedly] video link - Setanta has been showing Liverpool friendlies, so maybe there's an outside chance that the channel's SPL coverage may include Celtic friendlies...but I doubt it.

Saw the gold trim, including the gold Nike emblem. Surprising how much of a difference that little nuance makes. I think it looks pretty good also.

Won't happen, but a Red & Black Fulham against and Green & White Celtic would be quite the contrast on the pitch.

Although, the new Whites kit looks pretty darn good.
(Still, I want the 70's collar version from the season of last.)

I would like to see it. With the appearent competition for places on the pitch this season it will be interesting to see who will be in the squad.

Of course I am hoping for a scoreline in the area of Whites 4 - Bhoys 0.

    A little over 24 hours.

Line-ups? Scorers? Final Score? Go on, take a punt.

Very sad that I will be Reffing a 8-10 Years Old Tournament at match time. Surely, there will at least be audio for this somewhere on the net. I'll have to settle for highlights.

I'll take a dive off the deep end on a lineup with high hopes that one of the FUSA braintrust remembered to refill the pool. This is assuming that Roy has everyone available and wants to field a strong squad.

    -------------Schwarzer-------------

    Paintsil-----Hughes----Hang----PK

    ------------Andreasen--------------

Davies------Bullard--------Dempsey(Davis if Demps is not yet ready)

    -------Nevland-----Zamora---------

Bench: EJ, Healy, Gera, Murphy, Baird, Kallio, Stockdale

I need a bigger bench for the friendly because I also want to see Andranik, Davis, Cook and Omozusi.

Just wondering ... will fielding Davis against Celtic be enough to get Rangers off the dime? Especially if he plays a blinder?

As of right now it is 2-0 Fulham in the 40 minute.

Goals to Nevland and ZAMORA. Welcome to the club Zamora. I'm jumping on your bandwagon.

Perhaps a bit too late in asking this, but where are you getting the updates?

Listening to the match on BBC London now. 2-1. Hangeland with the foul outside the box and Stockdale with apparently poor positioning on the free kick to let in the Celtic goal 4 minutes from halftime.

Very impressed at this moment. Add Schwarzer and perhaps Stoor/Simunic to the mix and we'll have a season where we will not have to sweat a relegation fight on the last day.

    And it's 3-1 to Fulham!

I hope to god that either of the two sides will sell some commemorative gifts from this match.

From what I've read, the new signings stepped right in and gave some quality minutes today. Overall, a good performance in the win. There should be some great battles on the practice field to see who makes the starting 11 and Roy's still shopping.

I hear that Andreasons goal has put a 12 ft hole in the net!!

A great performance as a whole and some shining moments from some of the new boys. A job well done...
