This match was left off the original tv schedule for Rd 4 matchups. Kettlefish have agreed to waive their share of the fee and move the date in return for airing the matchup. Apparantly their shirts display Palestine Aid and they're using "raising awareness" as a ploy to get the match televised. In this case, I hope they're successful.

I'd say Kettering is doing quite a job of forcing their hand. With that proposal by them and all of the damage being done by the Israelis, the broadcasters will look like some pretty heartless people if they don't agree.

I agree with K-town -- move the date!!

The fact that its not on TV disregards everything that is said about the "magic" of the cup. Instead, its all about money (Spurs/ManU for the fourth time!?!?)

Which, conversely, is why I thought most Prem teams don't give a crap about it...

Real classy move by Kettering. Almost hope it goes to replay, and both games get televised now.

Should FUSA start a petition in favor of Kettering Town's proposal?

If somebody is taping it for later broadcast, that means that someone has a feed SOMEWHERE!

Has it actually been announced what the FSC FA Cup schedule will be? I've only seen the Setanta listing. Last I checked, FSC was still TBD

With that very dissapointing and momentum killing loss, Kettering has the look of a very brown spotted and slippery banana skin.

    In Woy We Trust, though.

So, is this the official match thread now? If so, let's get some lineups and predictioins going.

Oh, and 'fog; put a [R] on the end of it!

Keep in mind though, this is not what FSC provides via their printable program guide. I'm hoping for the best.

Oh yeah, I forgot about this!

I'm just hoping we trounce them and make up for last weekend's debacle. Wouldn't mind seeing a few new faces in the lineup, considering the lads gotta trek up to Sunderland just two days later. (which should probably get a thread up for soon)

It's showing up on my cable listings as well. They are also showing FSC will have both the Sunderland and Pompey matches on same day tape delay.

Just a note about this game. Had anyone taken notice that the away tickets for this match had to go to a ballot because of the amount of Fulham fans that wanted to go. Crazy.

    Prediction time I suppose.

    Fulham-2
    Kettering-0

I see this being very tight in the first half but ultimately, Kettering will gas out.

I want to see as close to a full strength team as possible. Bully can have a seat, and maybe 1 other guy that has a nagging injury that we may not know about, but it isn't like we're playing in Europe -- they can handle it.

It's strange to see Fulham as the Big Bad Bully in a match. K Town will hang tough for a while as they will be loaded for bear, but we will carry the day. 2-0 to the Fulham.

My guess (hope) for the differences in the FSC schedules is that this game was not scheduled to be televised but now it will (on tape delay in the UK, I believe).
