The Delay indictment

This IS what this indictment is really about.

Unfortunately, the tactic is used by both parties... and we wont EVEN get into WHO started it... the QUESTION is, how to stop it.


THE REAL SIN OF TOM DELAY

I'm thinking that there is a VERY good chance that this will be thrown out by the hearing judge.... as there's some suspicion that what he's charged with conspiring about wasnt even a crime at the time... but gerrymandering isnt going to be addressed at all.

So what's the point, other than revenge? It's to get Republicans defeated so that the Dems can re-gerrymander it in their favor.

Business as usual.

 

The answer, of course, would be computer modeling to draw district boundaries that try to distribute registered voters evenly, by party preference.

Will that ever be done? I doubt it.

So now he re-indicts... money laundering and conspiracy to, with a different Grand Jury.
