I grew up a huge Ryne Sandberg fan. 23 is a great number.

I grew up half way between Chicago and St. Louis. I remember Ryne Sandberg well. But how does someone with Stlouis in their handle admire Rhino?

Basically I was raised in front of a television. As a little kid I loved baseball and since the Cubs didn't play night games until 1988 (I think), I would watch all their day games on WGN. My first favorite cub was Jody Davis. It's hard to explain my passion for the cubs to people in St. Louis, but the bartenders near Wrigley Field says it is not that out of the ordinary. Hope that makes sense.

Ah, Ryne Sandberg..... the only reason I remember that name is that he was born in Spokane. And the fact that I was the biggest baseball fan as a kid didn't hurt either.

Back on topic, I'm far more fond of Clint than LeBron IMHO.

But could you imagine LeBron in the Black and White, leading the forward line? Vidic would crap himself!
