Yep exactly. Crew stadium is definitely close. It'll have to cool down a bit to walk but I could definitely do it. And yes definitely a hippie area you could say. Lots of crazy landscaping and of course plenty of Obama signs lol. We're pretty young still so it's perfect for us being so close to so many cool things. Time will tell how much we love having such an old house but for now we're having a lot of fun.
