Could the fellows maybe try actually passing the ball, instead of just blindly bashing it down the pitch?

Maybe when bonni gets back we can put him on the outside along with volz and put boca in the middle where he is more comfortable.

Until then, put boca back in the middle and get a dog or something to play the outside, maybe the dog won't fall down and make himself look like a fool every game

    D@mn!!!!! OG against Fulham. 3-3.

I blame Collins John for not putting the ball in the back of the net at the other end moments earlier -- how many wide open chances does he want???

I'm not gonna pout about that result... there was more to this match than simple w/l arithmetic.
So'ton was desperate for a win. And they thought that it had to come from Fulham.

And this was a six point game... relative to relegation.

What i WILL complain about is I missed yet ANOTHER TV match.

My observations so far in the second half of the tape delayis that our defense is terrible. Zat Knight is playing bad and why doesn't Coleman just play Rosenior in midfield. He does no defending. Unfortunately for me I know the result. I am dreading the Rosenior own goal.
I do think the attack has looked promising at times. At least the team has been moving around and trying to create chances.

Well, the own goal sucked, but I like Liam Rosenior. He was obviosly disappointed with the play, but even when he came off he had his head up and gave the Fulham faihtful an applause. I wish it would not have happened to him and the team, but a draw is better than a loss. The West Brom match is massive on the 16th.
All in all, the defense was not very good at all. Changes need to be made back there. Preferably a center back.

I'm not sure how to feel about this match...we had our chances...Cole, Collins...one other who I can't remember...if you saw the match you know what I mean..

The thing is we were close to winning but we were very close to losing. A draw is fari (I guess?!). I would of loved to see Soton lose though...ugh!!! The defense is crap, pure and simple. We need a jolt back there and I hope cookie has a plan, since he did play defense for fulham!

I agree the defense was awful. Zat was a complete stumblebum and Zesh wasn't much good either. Good effort by Rosenior - he'll make mistakes as he did but seems to have a feel for the game that the other two don't. Boca didn't do much either. Volz needs to be there.

But - with such a young defense out there you would think they might get some help from the midfield. In the first half there was none - the midfield didn't get back deep to help and for long periods didn't win any balls in the middle of the field. Second half was better.

Cole and John should have put away the goals but Fulham could have had penalties called on the handball and shirt tug. So draw's probably fair.
