Solar: The End Game?

    Take this guy seriously because he sees things with a clear eye. To wit:

    1. His take on BioFuels; requires more tech to make them 'FrankenFuels; sees current BioFuels as boondoggle.
    - But 'FrankenFuels' can be applied to coal, as well.

    2. Moore's Law applies to Solar?
    - Hell no it doesnt, the only thing that applies is cost/efficiency/area. You cant 'add' more little producers, like a chip. Efficiency of photon conversion will never more than 25%. And when you get that high, you've got a heat dissipation problem.
    Key is to lower cost of production/lifetime per inch-squared at 10%.

    Notice 'Wind' isnt there.
