I thought this was interesting. It actually works, kinda. Dont give up your gym membership just yet, though.

My son is BIG on Xbox 360, and for good reason, as I see it in his interests... but you GOTTA like how the Wii differentiates itself.

    Speaking of gyms:
When you sign up, you probably get spammed by more junk mail. Now you actually GO to the gym and get spammed there, too.

    Lance Armstrong ruined my Gym

well, I don't have that problem. I take my glasses off when I work out and I couldn't see Lance Armstrong's shirt from 6 feet away if he was wearing it and sitting on his bike at the time.

thanks for the info on the Wii fit. I saw a commercial for it the other day and was intrigued. ain't gonna even consider buying one, mind you.

I think that's over reacting just a bit.

Thank you. Apparently pettyfog is channeling Alex Ferguson.

I have Wii Fit - and I love it. Its good fun, especially nights where I can be bothered to go for a run or a swim - I don't own a gym membership because I would never us it enough.

At the end of 45 minutes I feel like I have been on a work-out and it still has to be better than nothing.

I love the Wii in general - I had 7 friends round for a BBQ and we played all night. We spent loads of time laughing at each others incompetence.
