I like how the clubs name is almost Sounders FC instead of Seattle Sounders FC...if you look at the crest the Seattle is in about 8 point font while the Sounders FC portion is in about 36 BOLD...

...And they had to go with those colors so they could match their stadium...almost identical to the seahawks, who suck.

    hahaha...

You are probably right - Needed to match the stadium, and those were going to be the colors regardless of name.

I liked the idea of a break from the Sounders. Its not like the team got promoted... But the followers feel like the Sounders have survived thru all the leagues and nonsense of professional soccer over the last 30 years.

    Maybe they are right.

I'll make a deal with them - they get Henry and I will convert myself to the SeaChickens colors.

And me too; I'm glad to see that in each succeeding generation there's a number of American men who fall for that woman. Gives me hope for the future!

well, several of us remember how you guaranteed that Radzinski was going to leave FFC in January 2007 to play with Toronto FC. How'd that turn out?

I think Kasey might have his mind on what Brad Friedel is doing with soccer camps in the States. I don't know how much he's still connected to the Portland area, but his fluency in Spanish could come in handy coaching/developing/nurturing in most urban environs in the US.

One thing's for sure. From what I've seen of his comments since he got here, his next move will be his last -- for his kid's sake.

You got a good memory... but I would remind you that I never said 'I'm always right' just that I'm FUSA's World's Foremost Authority.

Even Limbaugh only claims 98.5%, I'll settle for 90

OTOH: where SHOULD Radz be playing if he had any sense? Yep, toronto.
