Heck got elected prosecutor on his name.. his father was well respected in Montgomery County.

To even hint that he didnt realize what he was doing was illegal is an insult to the voter. If he was a Republican, he'd be out of office within a month. But he's a Dem and they have DIFFERENT RULES, ya know.

Governor Strickland [D], though, kicked out his party's Attorney General for about the same thing, we can hope he does the same in this case.

The NRA has him dead to rights, even his latest quotes on the gun issue dont contradict what he's done in legislation.
".. I wouldnt have the votes." is hardly enough.

PS: there's already a helluva lot of 'astroturfing' going on the net:
"I'm a {concerned} forty something woman and hunter {in lieu of christian conservative} and the {right wing/Limbaugh/Hannity/ProLife/Pope} NRA doesnt speak for me. I'm voting Obama and I know he isnt going to affect my {rights} hobby!"
