No, not THAT one, "The Beer Hunter" has passed away

I always enjoyed his columns and books. He was always gratious about autographing his books and chatting a bit.

I will cry in my beer tonight.

    "DRINK GOOD STUFF!"

    :3d crying:

My favorite Michael Jackson quote is his description of American light beer: "The nearest thing to air in a glass."

May you spend eternity surrounded by casks of real ale, with lots of sausage, bread and comely wenches to serve them all to you.

Darnit, RDG...you've become like Oscar, the hospice death cat (re: your avatar plus tendency towards posting death announcements) :D!

My favorite Michael Jackson quote: "We do not digress enough in our lives."

I will have a beer or three in his honor tonight...

Sorry, but I do like to read the obits. If I'm not there, then I know that things aren't so bad.

Re: the avator -- that's "Craven", the feral cat. I've tried to find a home for him, but cannot. My two cats like him, but not enough as a roommate. That, and the apartment does NOT need another thing in it. He is the only feral cat I allow in my apartment. Other neighbors also feed him, as well as call him different names, so he is like the Tramp in "Lady & the Tramp".

I raised a London Pride in MJ's honor today. I felt it fitting.
