    Let them rant about "overreaching activist unelected judges" all they want. What the surveillance program has done is to violate the express will of the legislative branch, who passed legislation specifically to set up a special court to expedite this sort of thing. The fact that this administration does not want to follow that law has nothing to do with security and safety and everything to do with the Empire of the Executive Branch that they've been trying to create over the last six years. Alberto and Hidden Dick need a time out.

    ... and I noticed, re "Culture of Corruption" that the Repubs listened closely to will of the voters in the last election and did not change their House leadership.

    1. Anna diggs Taylor is going to be reversed... not on the merits, but on her decision points, which were blatantly political and 'heart felt'. And made no legal sense.

    2. Boehner is probably the RIGHT guy for the house GOP, right now.. he's not Hastert.
    - while you KNOW I am not happy about Trent Lott.

    And no DEM should DARE talk about 'corruption'... stay tuned for more 'Harry Reid' stuff.

    Every current idiocy covered in here... with even a cameo appearance by Ann Coulter where she apparently uses a 'Wayback" machine to cause some moron to attempt to kill all 9 justices of the Supreme Court.

    I hate thin lipped, smarmy women with an axe to grind and absolutely no sense of objectivity. Hate men like that too.

    From the Internet Encyclopedia of Philosophical Terms:

    The terms “objectivity” and “subjectivity,” in their modern usage, generally relate to a perceiving subject (normally a person) and a perceived or unperceived object. The object is something that presumably exists independent of the subject’s perception of it. In other words, the object would “be there,” as it is, even if no subject perceived it. Hence, objectivity is typically associated with ideas such as reality, truth and reliability.


    So, to clarify, I especially hang the last part of that definition on your right wing sycophant girlfriend, as her not being able to grasp.
