    You're a lameduck, Dubya. Go right ahead, let's MAKE it political!

    For you newbies to the world of 'Earmark' controversy, they USED to be a good thing by way of a negotiating tool... but some like Byrd, Murtha, Lott and Stevens have abused them.

    The abusers should be dumped out.
