    Now, how am I supposed to not make jokes about the Toon when the Orient Express freight trains them like that? 10 of the starting 11 got substantial time for them last year.

    Why do pigeons fly upside down over St James Park? Because they don't see anything worth crapping on!

    Please, make them stop, I have to quit laughing, it hurts too much!!!

    Just think, they'll be playing Leyton Orient (and Swindon, and Colchester) again next year!!

    It's gotten to the point where I feel like I'm about to get a 15-yard penalty for piling on. It's like it's funny laughing at the next door neighbor who's lawn mower keeps falling apart, but now the mower has a gasoline leak and his house is on fire. I can't get that much joy out of someone else's disaster.

    Taylor is right; Newcastle are a joke. It is unbelievable that they've done absolutely nothing since the end of season to resolve the ownership and management situation. I think they'll avoid relegation to League 1 this season, but it's not going to be easy. And I think even the most dedicated Toon supporter must realize that they're not bouncing straight back up.

    Sad really.

    Nick, I certainly hope this is the settling up portion of the karma ledger on the Newcastle side and not us building up some karma debt of our own.
