    Well, yeah... but which source: The bureaucrat, the Wash Times, or dKos?

    I think Kos quoting Times is funny enough.

    Typical to start off is case of plugged toilet. Where even using explosives is not ruled out.

    The collar idea is just as ludicrous and would only result in mass ad hoc lynchings of bureacrats. Literally or Figuratively.
