Jesus Christ 'fog, the article even says:

They both want the same fucking thing. Yet I don't see any thread from you calling out McCain for his stance. Who could've ever expected that to happen? :roll:

 

Do you understand how the UN Security Council works? They can not 'pass' a resolution on that. I thought everyone understood how the veto power by permanent members is set up. Sorry.
How Obama SHOULD have worded it... "UN SC Should Debate a Resolution..."

As for 'NATO' they CAN stand firm... but, indeed, NATO is part of the impetus and problem on this.

 

I would say there is a difference between the UN and NATO.

So the problem is the wording? That he used "pass" instead of "debate"? Wow, that's terrible. That's really a very very big deal. Presidents should not be allowed to have any malapropisms in their speech. (Unless they're Republicans, then it's OK.)
