Hehe, well you guys have it much rougher than we do over there. It's basically always a 7:00a or 8:00a kickoff for you guys. I mean, I'd still get up in the morning, but damn . . I think there'd be far less responses here if that were the case.

Solution? Move to New York!! :idea:

It's just funny how quickly the prospect of getting up EARLY on a Saturday morning to watch your beloved team gets people to admit "I'm not THAT big a fan.." . . . Booooo, I say. BOOO!!!

Is Rob who sometimes joins us at Nevada's the one who posts as TheRock? Rob needs to show up. I ran into him at Whole Foods a few weeks ago and he mentioned that he sometimes has (i.e. plays in) soccer games on Saturday mornings but makes it out when he can.

 

I'll be there and am hoping to convince a few other people to come.

Hi guys, also keep a look out for a guy named Colin (and possible missus/fam) from Australia who is a whites fan. Got an email from him and he'll be there.

 

I won't even start a Denver fan, as there is only one other that I know of and he has a wedding. So, i've enjoyed reading these and I plan on forwarding to my friend that lives in NY. not sure where he is in relation to Nevada's, but hopefully he'll make it out. you guys be nice to him if he makes it.

At Nevada's. our support currently is nothing compared to the Big Four, or even WH. We have been growing, though. Don't worry about us not being nice, we are -- after all -- Fulham fans, the nicest fans around.

Speaking of Fulham fans -- Hey Mike! Where is that [expeltive deleted] Smokin' these days?!? I haven't heard of him in a while. Should his face be on a milk carton? See if you can get him and other LI buddies out this weekend.

 

If we can stay up, that may change. We need more rabid fans though, more people who will wake up at 7:45am if they have to.

A big shout out to everyone who was there today. The place was not quite as loud as the Cottage, but we were in full voice.

Even to the ijits rooting for Brum: they make me proud to be a Fulham fan and I would not like to support any team that those jerks do.

Hmmmmm. Let's do this again NEXT weekend.

Yeah, it was pretty loud in the basement of Nevada Smiths on Saturday, Mike. Aside from a Brum fan pouring beer on someone after McBride's goal (and setting off about 5-10 minutes of tension), that was probably the best atmosphere for a Fulham match at Nevadas that I can remember. Good work, everyone.
