    You can start at http://instapundit.com/archives/033235.php and http://www.captainsquartersblog.com/mt/ to get my current take on the overall '06 race.

    Even within my own family.. generally as or more conservative than me. (they were all GM union members)... the camel's back is broken.

    The hatred of Mike Dewine actually drips, and it has nothing to do with what the Democrat Campaign Committee have televised as 'truth' {That Dewine voted tax breaks for outsourcing corps - laughable!}

    It has to do with Dewine weaseling with the Potomac Cocktail set as witnessed by the 'Gang of Fourteen'. It is the old mistrust of him based on his looks, demeanor and presentation.
    We all put that aside because it was not nice and you shouldnt judge a book by its cover... but sometimes it turns out that you should.

    Dewine has made it clear that his principles are all negotiable and that he IS indeed a 5'5" nerd pipsqueak who tried to prove his manhood by marrying a 5'10 girl and keeping her barefoot and pregnant, then getting where he wanted to go by 'hard on crime' show cases.

    And when he gets there... waffles so that he can stay there. Voinovich was a joke as soon as he got in the Senate.. it took longer for Dewine to revert to type.
    We gave Bob Ney the benefit of the doubt... he is now letting us down by not immediately resigning.

    Yeah.. as is suggested by the Dems themselves, we have to have higher standards... or we have to support hypocrites.

    And, ONCE AGAIN, we're doing what Liberals SAY they want done*.. in going to the UN for concensus on what to do with North Korea...
    *Except when ONE lib says we need to talk directly to NK KLOWN, while the next one one is implying that it's all Bush's fault.

    Mind.. this is only the first or second UN resolution on NK KLOWN, this implies there will be at least eight more before Bush - or someone- 'goes Cowboy'.

    As more than One Conservative has said:
