I like the Nike kits. Way better than the old ones.

By the way, for anyone who is thinking about buying a Hangeland shirt: In the pictures on the club website from the first day of training earlier this week, it looked like the Hangman was wearing #5, not #32 as he did last year. It might be advisable to wait until until the official new squad numbers are released.

I'm with Lyle. Many fans call us the Black & Whites, but not once have I heard Fulham referred to as the Black, White & Reds (would we be from South London if we were?); Black & Reds; or or Red & Whites.

From a purist perspective, Our colors should be White (for home), Black (for away), and perhaps a Red (for our one third kit match against the prison stripes).

Don't mind a few Red accents though.

    Away: Black or Black/Red Stripes

Alternate: Blue (white or black shorts) ... represents the Thames

    Never a red top.

What I'd do if I was the owner.

Well, Lyle, that is what is done already, so you should be a happy chappy.

Confirmed. And mine showed also a shade of pink, under a certain light.

Still haven't seen the new shirt, but hoping to get it soon.

In the meantime, I just got two retro shirts in the mail for stupidly cheap on ebay. Not sure if I'll wear either of these, but they are still fun to have.

    97/98 Shirt
    98/99 Shirt

Also recently purchased the 03/05 Dabs away shirt, and 02/03 Betfair away shirt.

I think this is where I will end my collection of retros. :D

    The Away Kit is Out!

JIC this has not been noted:

Sort of similar to last year's. Half red, half black (like Rovers traditional home hit). Opposite color sleeves (red on black half and vice versa). Black collar

I like it, I think it will grow on me.

Of course, you could say the same thing about cancer.

Nice catch Dave, not exactly alot of warning before this came out, no four play, etc....

But I like it - probably not as much as last year's away, but very sharp indeed. White shorts, red socks - the Whites will look very very good this year.

Bradical, I actually like it better than last year's. I was fairly convinced that I wouldn't be getting a shirt this year -- finances, ya know -- but I'm leaning towards getting the away now.

Just wondering which player -- already have McBride, Boca, Dempsey, and Volz. I guess I'll wait and see who's left in the side after the summer sales have ended.

I don't like the half/half look at all, personally, and I think black/red over white over red is going to be kind of eye-searing. Just as well that I was figuring to buy a white kit this year if anything, I suppose.

They've taken it off the web site. Go to TIFF and page down to see it:

How do we post pictures to the site?

Yeah, I won't be ordering that, I don't think. It's basically the model they used for last years home shirt, but black and white. No fanks, bruv.

I've seen worse. Especially what the High Visibility Yellow Poo rolled out last year.

Does anyone know if there is anyway we could get around the 20 pound shipping costs? I know Mike was willing to pick up a few jerseys last season and send them out. If there is anyway I won't have to pay that much to ship one shirt it would be great. I was looking all through the store to find other items I could buy to justify spending 40 bucks on shipping but there isn't anything of interest. Thanks in advance for any help anyone could provide.

I quite like the new away kit. Less busy than last year.

I actually like it and glad they kept it black and red.

Metsfan, I'd be willing to do the shipping again for everyone this season, maybe we'll do an order in about two weeks time?!
