Did anyone else watch the NBA Dunk Contest? Steve Nash used his "footie" skills in aiding Amare Stoudamire's dunks. Nash headed the ball to Stoudamire for a dunk and then he did a ball trick where he picked up the ball with his feet behind him and flipped it up to Stoudamire for the dunk. A Jay-Jay Okocha kind of ball trick.

It was great to see soccer tricks used in this contest. I like the creativity and originality used by Nash and Stoudamire last night.

Watched a short "hi-lite" on ESPN and they struggled at proper term for 'header' for about 15seconds..

Over the weekend they also played some past slam dunk contests- Jordamn, Drexler, and Dominique Wilkins- great stuff to watch, they all had such skinny legs.

    No headers though back then!

Chris Anderson had no business being there. I was embarrassed for him trying to do it for the tenth time. I liked his ideas, but you gotta be able to throw it down the first time.
Anyways, I am hoping next year the big boys all come out for one great competition! That would be something else.

Jason Richardson, Vince Carter, Josh Smith, LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, Desmond Mason, etc. That would be awesome!!

If they paid them a decent sum of money to participate and paid the winner like $500,000 that would go a long way!!

Not sure, but I think we have another thread in the Fulham General Area that has some ideas from other FulhamUSA members.
