Making Colleges Spend their Trusts!

Finally.... someone wanting to hold miser colleges feet to the fire!

I think that's something we can all get behind.. and that includes, for me, making 'THE Ohio State University' cash in some of the prime real estate they sit on.

A golf course in the middle of a typ $500,000 residential area.

An airport, landlocked by mature {decades old} shopping centers and housing developments.

 

With 5% a year minimum spend, poorer colleges will go under in about 25-30 years.
