Rumors of Q being on his way out don't seem to jive with him continually showing up in photo spreads about the new kits on the club website, but I guess you never know. Hate to see him out without someone else who can use his left foot already into the fold.

Would be a shame if Q decided to leave Fulham or is being forced out at this time. Christanval's move was too be expected and wasn't overlly impressed with him either.

A big name signing...I'm chomping at the bit to know...I was on a Liverpool forum and out of no where came someone who said Liverpool were going to sign Robbie Fowler. Mind you this was about 3-4 weeks before even a rumor was spread and low and behold it happened. Hoping Mike has those psychic abilities as well. Beasley...please? Not a bit name to most, but is to me. (he is from my home town)

Anymore news on Cook or Healy?

Just read that O'Neill is attempting to raid Celtic once again, but this time for their most talented star Shunsuke Nakamura. I am a huge fan of this guy and he has loads of talent, pace to burn, fantastic control on the ball, can play either wing, good service into the box and an amazing ability to place free kicks wherever he pleases.

IMO, if Fulham want a quality winger he is your man. Not sure how much he would cost, but I would estimate in the 3-5 million range.

There were rumors of Nakamura to Spurs for £10m a few weeks ago. That seems *way* too high, I'd think your £3-5m estimate would be more realistic.

Nakamura was the SPL player of the season, but the SPL is lacking in talent and quality for the most part. I would like to see Nakamura in the EPL as I think he would do quite well, who better than Fulham. I think 5 million would be the most a club would pay.

...the "Turning Japanese" part at the end is classic.

Nakamura is great and when we are discussing the 10 million figure, is that pounds or dollars? Celtic wouldn't sell him for only 5 million pounds...maybe 10 million pounds, but probably not even for that sum either.

In any event, he's not coming to SW6, despite what an excellent compliment he'd be up front with McBride.

Nevtzer...I know it is unlikely that he will come to SW6, but when I saw that he is interested in a move to the EPL I figured it wouldn't be a bad idea to throw his name out there.

    World Class IMO.

Gotcha TOC and I wasn't attempting to be an ass as I'd love to see him in Fulham...looks like our recent posts passed like ships in the night.

This thread is now a month old and still no signings.

I thought Coleman did a good job for the funds that were made available to him...hope LS just doesn't sit on his a** till the transfer period is almost done. Come on Fulham lets make some moves and get the talent to secure the Whites position in the EPL.

    Thats sh!t :x

Franck Quedure is a good Left Back and him leaving leaves us once again without one. Seriously I don't want to go through that circus again. I highly doubt we'll be able to find a better LB than Que. I'm pissed off about this.

Agreed...to find another LB at Q's quality would cost Fulham a pretty penny or pence if you will.

I doubt he will be going though. If LS doesn't think Q will be in his plans than I'm not totally confident in LS' plans from the start.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Other rumour news...

It appears that LS has been snooping around Aston Villa lately. The Whites are now linked with a move for RB Aaron Huges. It is reported that Fulham will bid 2 million for his services. Take one guess where Hughes hails from...

You guess it...Northern Ireland...getting a bit fed up with just being linked with NI players. There is talent outside of NI Sanchez.

The only place I would like to see Naka go would be Fulham.

The SPL is not that competitive, but being in Champions League and pushing the eventual champs to extra time in the second leg before they won ain't too bad.

I doubt Naka leaves, but you never know.

    'Mon the Hoops!

[Apparently a study was done, and "You'll Never Walk Alone" is sung with better pitch and chorus at Celtic Park. Falls into line with what I read about the current view of Liverpool fans, so no big surprise there. No offence there either, TOC.]

(shaking my head in digust that I didn't see this coming) PCB...I am sure you are one of those people who love to leave conversations with a little jab here or a ribbing there. You truly revel those chances.

Celtic Park is a special place and I wouldn't doubt their ability to belt out that famous song, but those scousers have pretty good voices as well. Anfield is second to none in that regard...

Signature line's can be like that. Certainly have taken my fair share of lumps for mine.

You've been too nice, and us in return. It was time to throw some poo in your direction. (Watching Madagascar with the youngster, so that came up.) That was my opportunity, with Celtic being my 2nd favorite club team.

Well at least the Scots have sound enough taste to borrow a quality song like that. I guess it is like they say..."imitation is the greatest form of flattery"
