    That was a nice read. If someone wants to complain about things, that is the way to do it. I've become a bigger Ljungberg fan.

    Interesting that he brags about the pitch at the Seattle stadium...even though it is plastic grass.

    He doesnt actually say that it is a great pitch - just that he has never had to play on football lines if I remember correctly.

    They make a significant investment to get the thing cleaned and painted - but it shows a commitment to the authenticity of the sport and that seems to be what he is highlighting.

    There was talk at one time about having the blades of grass have fiber optics so that you could change whatever was on the field with a computer instantly. I wonder what happened with that...
