Bought this game a few months ago and have really enjoyed it. It has licensing rights for the Eredivisie and Serie A. Didn't realize until yesterday that the West London Whites are in reality our beloved Fulham Whites/Cottagers. Uniforms are the same and so are the players names and numbers! Scored a goal with McBride from a Boa Morte assist against Fiorentina to get the 1-0 win. Super game that has added another dimension to my enjoyment with the West London Whites discovery!

Have you played any of the installments from the FIFA series from EA Sports? I have played that last two versions for FIFA and have been considering Konami now that it has been ported to the XBox. I have heard that the actual in-game player controls are more intuitive and varied than EA?s. Having obsessed over the career mode for FIFA 2005 for some time now, I wouldn?t mind trying something else.

    Jux,
I have played EA FIFA before, but really prefer the Konami in game graphics and game play. Amazing stuff!

I have Winning 11 Nine and have rented FIFA before. Winning 11 is a better game by far.

Winning 11 still blows Fifa out of the water. You can download the correct team names/kits off the internet. It will still say West London White, but at least everything else is correct.

Is Winning 11 the same as Pro-Evolusion Soccer 6? If so, it is a top game. For v.4 there was a download on the internet to set the correct team names and badges. I have you to look for the XBox.

The new xbox 360 edition has picked up the "pro evolution" name now:
Winning Eleven: Pro Evolution Soccer 2007

Do you think they'll have more league licenses on this one?

If not, wait a week, and you will be able to download it off the net.

French Leage, Man United, and a few national teams have been added. No Fulham though.

I hope thay have finished the game in the new release. I stopped playing Pro Evolution 6 on the 360 and have gone back to PES4 on the PS2.

I had a wonder around some of the XBox forum sites and it seems that PES6 was release before it was finished to meet the deadline, hence the lack of editor and non-existant improvement on PES5 gameplay.

When people have played the new version for a while, can someone come back with a good write up as right now, I don't want to spend £40 on buying another unfinished game!

I bought the new game for PS2 a couple of weeks ago, because on the 360 you cant edit boots or teams.
