Kevin Bacon anyone?

    I was reading a SI.com article on Thierry Henry yesterday,

    and it made me realize how really close I am to Ronaldihno.

    "Huh?" I hear you cry! Consider this:

    1. In the late 90's when I was still acting a lot, I did two Shakespeare productions with a very talented young actor named Ricardo Chavira.
    2. Ricardo plays Eva Longoria's ex-husband on Desperate Housewives.
    3. Eva is married to SA Spurs Tony Parker.
    4. Tony Parker's best buddy is Thierry Henry.
    5. Henry is teammates with Ronaldihno at Barca.

    See I'm closer than 6 degrees. That must mean that the Brazilian wizard and I are buds.

    Anybody else this convolutedly close?

    Everyone is probably 6 degrees form anyone, somehow... 2 degrees from Eva, now THAT's SOMETHING.. as Dave Letterman would say.

    When I was a kid, I was 2 degrees from Peter Fonda, which makes me 3 from Jane... but that's nothing, as Paul Schaffer might say.

    The first degree was Stormy MacDonald, son of Zenith CEO Eugene MacDonald, buddy and class mate of Fonda's.

    I was more impressed that Commander MacDonald (the elder) taught me how to properly tie a docking line for his yacht. And still am.

    Speaking of Kevin Bacon...

    1. A good friend of mine when not carrying a picket sign is a writer on the TV show "Two and a Half Men".
    2. That show stars Charlie Sheen
    3. Sheen starred in the movie "Platoon" which was directed by Oliver Stone
    4. Sheen lost out for the lead part in Stone's movie "Born on the 4th of July", which eventually went to Tom Cruise.
    5. Cruise starred in the Movie 'A Few Good Men"
    6. Cruises' character's friend/opposition lawyer in that movie....Kevin Bacon
