Justice slowly grinds

    Books and novels are written about those who get away with a crime but keep doing stupid things until they are ultimately caught up and pay.

    OJ Guilty on all counts

    Here's something I don't understand. What constituted "kidnapping" here?

    I agree. That's robbery and the gun makes it aggravated. But who was kidnapped?

    Sorry, I confess I haven't had the slightest bit of interest in OJ for a LONG time, so I didn't follow the trial at all.

    I would guess that perhaps holding them, the guys who supposedly stole his stuff, for a period of time at gun point might legally be construed as kidnapping but as you I haven't followed it either and am not an attorney...just glad he is off the streets.
