    Thanks for posting LB. Mr. French Connection beat me to the punchline on his reply.

    However, 'In 1868, W. Bentley Woodbury, an American, took Craven Cottage for conversion into a pleasure resort, but the experiment failed', does lend itself for a joke or three. 8)
