Ok, I am NOT a big Ian Hunter fan, though I did happen to see him when this new thing - MTV - taped one of his shows. If you look closely, you can see me in his "All the Young Dudes" video from NYC.

    Oh, Heck, here's a fave:

While looking for this, I ended up watching some videos live from CBGB's. Damn, I miss that place. A lot.

Heartbreak for Akron mens soccer. The Porter reign and the wonderful soccer he brought to this needy area of the north coast has come to an end.

I was happy not to see David Hasselhoff when I hit the link.....not much better than The Hoff HD :angelic-green:

Mo, going to see LP in a couple of weeks w/our 18 year old, great song. The fact that Akron lost all those players to the MLS draft and the coach and still were a dominant team tells me that the program is still a force. Here is a tune (LIVE from CLEVELAND) from my favorite band (saw them for the upteenth time a couple of weeks ago) that speaks to never stop believing, never stop working, never stop finding inspiration, because it's not a sprint it's a...

Was privileged to see the greatest band ever here last night. My lexicon is wholly inadequate to describe these guys. This clip is from the Sandy relief concert on 12/12/12 at MSG, but, trust me, these pensioners and their buddies still got it. Amazing. Oh, and Ringo's kid on the skins....KILLER! Zak Starkey is, indeed, a chip off the old block!

I actually bought the album online (digital format, not vinyl!). Her dad is the drummer for The Shirts, my favoritest [sic} band. Oh, and he's her drummer, as well.
