Heard a different song by the great Oingo Boingo and thought to throw on one of my favorites. All lead singer Danny Elfman has done post Oingo is compose music/scores for countless TV shows (The Simpsons amongst others) and movies (practically every Tim Burton & Sam Raimi film).

I'm not a fan, but this one is locally associated with the 1980 NCAA Men's Basketball Champions, the Louisville Cardinals first. You could rightly associate with any major sports championship, including the pending World Cup.

I've been blunt about what I think so here's an anthem for it

Nice tune Nevzter but why are we honoring the Oranje victory? Sorry my husband wants to know. He had to listen to a lady in orange ask us to cheer for the Netherlands and give us a play by play of the game and how much fun it was. All done about two inches away from his face. I kept saying, "they don't need us to cheer for them, they're fine " but she continued on and on . . . . .. . :sad-roulette:

Anybody who can hang 5 on Spain in the World Cup, I'll celebrate...regardless of whether I think they're dirty, cheating thugs. An aside, Spain looked a paper tiger. This may be Spain (sorry it's not Bowie):

Nirvana unplugged is one of the all time great live albums, great stuff Nev. Going unplugged for this one. For those who have their knives sharpened and are ready to bash JK, remember what the US national teams are about. You know Michael, Timmy, Clint, Jozy, and the rest of the boys are going to give everything they got, hate the coach if you like, but never give anything but full support to OUR team:

Nice, SCJ, as a wee boy I'd sing along to that tune on FM and AM radio (yes, music was played on AM radio back then). And to HD, great tune, haven't listened to much Led in recent years but I feel I'll suffer this after today:
