ffc.com eludes to Hughes playing in the midfield, but that can't be right, can it?

    Maybe it's
    Warner

    Baird Stef Hughes Konch

    Boca

    Volz Brown

    Bullard

    Dempsey Healy

no goals at the half. Wayne Brown has taken a couple of cracks. Possession is 50-50.

    Thanks ESPN matchtracker.

Meanwhile over in Sheffield, Eddie Lewis came on for Giles Barnes in the 42nd minute. I hope the kid isn't injured. He's got a world of potential and is the only superior player they have. Poor Derby. Just one disaster after another.

    GJ is announcing on Matchlive.

Pitch is in awful state and is impacting the quality of play. Fulham are overall, not sharp, but Bullard is having a good game.

I know that this is a cup match and likely is Bristol's biggest game of the season but I just wish that we would be able to take care of a league one side with some ease (atleast in one of our two matches against them).

We're going to get one here. Seol seems to have helped the squad on as a sub.

Well so much for an away win to boost the confidence. Fulham loses on PK's.

We suck again...pretty much sums us up at the moment. Our new signings can only improve us.

yeah; everybody connected except Bullard. We should have seen this 3rd division rubbish off at the Cottage.

At least we've got the weekend off. I didn't think I could feel worse than after the Newcastle match at home, but I'm there right now. This is my second lowest point of the season. Only the Middlesboro match [Brian's injury/Warner's crap play/Healy's equalizer disallowed] has bummed me out more.

Does "embarrassing" even begin to describe the current state of Fulham?

No...does career OVER begin to describe the state of Jimmy Bullard?

Awful result for FFC, only can wonder what this will do to already low confidence.

Is this bottom? Let's get some new blood in here and be ready for Bolton.

I confess I'm puzzled by the lineup when we badly needed some confidence.

From the broadcast, it sounded like Stefanovic, Volz, Bocanegra and Konchesky all struggled badly today.

I think its safe to say that Fulham truly suck. I would use harsher words, but I think they would be deleted anyway.

I'm afraid it will get much lower--but I'll still be here for the punishment. Why? Because I love this team. I just wish they would give us something to be happy about this season. :(

It is no wonder that Hodgson is being linked to every striker still drawing breath.

    Whoa.

Just checked the result. Disappointed...yes. Surprised...painfully, no.

What a strange lineup. Hodgson played Konchesky and Voltz in midfield with Brown and Bullard. Richard Baptista, Rob Milsom and Adrian Leijer on the bench. I guess the Bolton match is more important than making it to the semis in the FA Cup.
