Bolton are in last place. Their only positive stat is that they have only a -17 goal difference compared to Burton Albion's -19.
We HAVE to win this match.

Is this the same Burton Albion that got one of its two wins from Fulham? That match just shows nothing is certain, but it is true that we must win.

Misleading factual statement: Bolton is undefeated and has more points than Fulham in October.

Coming off a loss there's zero excuse not to be ready.

If we come up dry again in the goal scoring department, it's time to try some of the kids up front. Adebayo and Humphrys deserve a chance to show what they can do in the big boy league. Kamara, Ayite and Fonte are simply not getting it done right now, and we can't afford to wait for Piazon and Ojo to return from injury. We're also too far away from the January window, so if we prove inept at denting the goal line against the last place team, it's time to get real and make some substantive personnel changes.
Chris Martin isn't walking through that door, Whites fans... Ross McCormack isn't walking through that door. Mousa Dembele isn't walking through that door...

Excellent idea Jump. I'd like to take this moment to point out that over at Bristol City loanee Cauley Woodrow has a better goals per minute ratio than any Fulham scorer who doesn't have a broken ankle. Sure Cauley's only played 187 minutes and only scored once, but it just points out the sad rate of production for our guys.

Another 3 points must game if this team hopes to contend for promotion.

Losing 0-1 at half . It ain't November yet, but these 45 minutes will be telling on what to expect the rest of the season. Total gut check time.

So, just how many points do Fulham have in matches where we were losing at the half?

Kamara couldn't hit water if he fell out of a boat. Ayite keeps fading. Fonte is a ghost. GIVE. THE. KIDS. A. CHANCE.

The answer is 2 points. Losing at the half is a relatively new thing this season. The only two matches where we were down at the half were Preston and Bolton.

    Official highlights from Bolton:

That offside call on the first should-have-been-Fulham-goal was absolutely ridiculous. Maybe the worst offside call I've ever seen. Here's a shot of the players as Cairney passed it. EVERYONE is onside except for maybe Sessegnon who isn't involved in the play. Even Fredericks, who thought he was offside, was onside. Ayite is the guy outside the box inside the arc.

That blown call stunk, but Fulham only have themselves to blame for the horrid goal they gave up. Absolutely pathetic. More than once the team has shut down when they thought the play should be dead. Unacceptable behavior from professionals or even amateurs for that matter.

In addition to getting someone who can make shots up front, we've got to get better at taking corners. They are almost always wasted opportunities.

Lastly, why was Norwood on to start instead of Johansen? Was he not at 100%? That made no sense to me.

The table has been very forgiving so we are still well in the mix, but drawing at home to Bolton is incredibly discouraging.

77% possession. 5 shots on target. 1 goal.

Our goal scoring form is so dire that Cairney had to result to messing up his perfectly coiffed hair.
