Well needless to say, I'm going to be in a GREAT mood for the rest of the day. I'd say Kamara is feeling much better now!!!

I felt everyone outside of Gera played well today. Spurs drew & West Ham are already losing to Liverpool. The results may just fall our way this weekend.

Its getting very exciting. COME ON YOU WHITES!!!

Very nice win. Both starting strikers out, no problem, 3 goals and could have had more with Nevland coming close twice. Kamara gets man of the match for me. Picked up the penalty that led to the first goal and netted the next two. Paintsil had some great moments as well in defense. And Hangeland overcame some early struggles with Carew to own the box in the 2nd half like he does so often. We even had a Julian Gray sighting. Only beef for me was Gera's absolutely shite performance. He was a complete liability today on both ends, but especially defensively.

I was surprised to see the shot and possession totals after the match. We led shots 14-7 and on target 10-2 and held possession at 56-44. Didn't feel that way as Villa seemed to have us on the backfoot for most of the first half after conceding the penalty.

So 50 points, 7th as we stand, and a favorable set of results lining up for us so far with Spurs drawing, Spam down early, and Citeh facing Utd. COYW!!!

Not too far off, all in all! I was right about the score and the penalty, anyway.

I thought we'd have trouble with the height Villa had on the field when Heskey and Reo-Coker came on but the defending was firm.

Wow, what a game. Nothing wrong with that one at all. I only saw the secod half, but that was a beat down. Villa were whipped and they knew it.

Congrats to Kamara, Woy, and everyone else.

Thanks for the highlights. Bummed that I missed this one (I had to work), but it sounds like the lads played a great game.

I know Kamara got the goals and played very well but I think I am going to join Gentlemen Jim in his man crush on Nevland. The man was a fly in Villa's ointment all match long. Well done and bring on Newcastle!

Greetings all, it's been a while.

Great result for Fulham. I was thoroughly impressed from top to bottom. Young, Gabby and Carew caused us a few problems every now and again, but it was a fantastic defensive effort coupled with taking advantage of Fulham's opportunities.

Is it just me or is the partnership of Nevland and Kamara more threatening than AJ and Zamora? Granted, they've had little to no time paired together, but I rate both Kam and Nevland over the likes of AJ and Big Z. They link up brilliantly and they have a torrent pace to their game. Have to love that effort.

Fulham fans were in good voice, especially after our first goal. Though, after Villa equalised our crowd seemed to die down slightly. With that said, the second half it was all Fulham on the pitch and off of it as well; the kind of support that gives you chills.

One moment in particular was being talked about at the pubs last night and on the message boards today. The moment, in the second half, when the entire ground, Hammersmith End, Johnny Haynes Stand and even Riverside sung "Stand up for Roy Hodgson, stand up for Roy Hodgson" all in unison and all clapping. It was amazing and I have never seen anything like it before.

It's one of those moments you will always remember. Well deserved Roy.

It was one game against a team with a patchwork defense. It was encouraging but I'm not anointing them the greatest strike partnership in the EPL just yet.

Agreed that it was one game, but even when the two play with either AJ or Big Z, I believe they are more threatening than our two starting options. Nevland doesn't have the pace of AJ, but has a greater work rate and seems to take advantage of his opportunities in a more efficient manner. Big Z and Kam couldn't be more different, but I take the option of pace and movement over a holding forward.

    Just my opinion though

nice to see you back, Kev. Don't stay away so long next time.

LAX Attack; thanks for the highlights [what language is that]. Whenever we get full highlights in English, can somebody post the link? I was on the road to Houston while we were kicking their butts. Had my McBride PIPEX on all day whilst playing guitars and eating chicken, crawfish, corn on the cob and baked potatoes -- and, yes; I had a beer.

Congrats to us all. I'm looking forward to Corky's match review -- and wouldn't it be nice to hear from WHITEWitch again?

I had a great time at the pub watching this one. I was the only Fulham fan (again), and several Villa fans including a good friend of mine, who brought his dad to watch. My friend's dad, not a soccer follower, came with great interest in the game and was asking alot of questions. He was so impressed by Fulham that I had to dissuade him that Fulham was not one of the Big 4. When I told him that Fulham was on the verge of their best season ever (in 130 years), the point hit home more with him but resonated with me...

I've always been a big Kamara fan, and we saw why. The first finish was clinical, and the second just cheeky. No one else on the squad has a bigger bag of tricks or more pace. Next up, Toons - what a chance to drive the stake!

    Up Fulham!!! What a season!
