Fulham v Millwall and Magath's Prematch Press Conference

Not really any different than meeting somewhere other than the synchronizing of watches before pressing play and any bandwidth problems I am choosing to ignore.

 

Mike - the full screen option didn't work. Not that big a deal, but it would have been nice.

Heather - there are schedule conflicts with live matches anyway. Maybe start a new thread with a poll and see if we can get a consensus for a time. I'm thinking somewhere between 8-10 am ct (don't recall what time the match was available on the website, but it was fairly early).

As for the match, I read somewhere that there have been 19 wins in the Championship so far and the team that scored first has won every time. The # of one goal wins in this league runs high as well, so it says teams get their goal and then defend and hang on. Since the offensive skill level isn't as high as the Prem, that strategy is more effective at this level. Agree with Timmy, we're not that far off the pace, but how many steps and how long it will take is anyone's guess. I said before the season, I think it'll take too much time for us to contend for promotion this season, but from what we've seen so far, I don't think we'll be at risk of relegation either.
