Should be a great match. ManU will still be over confident. I predict a 2-1 early Xmas present. Come On You Whites!

Fantastic result! That may be the best all-around football match I have seen Fulham play.

Can't believe I am typing this but I am at a pub on the west of the hammy endy and it is somewhat quite normal. Hello! We just beat man u 3 nil! Is this a singn of things to come? I really hope so.

I virtually sat in the same seat as last years 2 nil victory over the red devils. Saw duff and Zamora goals from about 15 yards.

I said in a previous post that the soccer Gods were smiling on me being able to go to basel and man u in the same week, they did not let me down!

It was strangely normal, the victory. That is awesome actually!

Holy shit, that was bad ass.

We really took advantage of their defense.

I would love to see a few more clubs do that to them.

very nice all around effort by Fulham!

Holy Crap! I just logged on and saw the news--no Setanta feed for me this morning. But it's worth it for a classy win--I can't wait to see the highlights.

What a lovely late birthday present for me. :0

Amazing day! I don’t have a single complaint. Zamora continues to amaze me. I also think Dempsey played his best game this season. He was creative and wasn’t afraid to pass the ball off. Duff looked brilliant at times as well. Great day!

Does it get any better than that? The match was won and lost in the midfield for the most part and Murph/Baird/Duff and Dempsey owned United today. Utd's back 3 had no answer for Bob either. I'd say BZ was man of the match but Duff and Danny had very good games as well.

Man, this team has come a long way in 2 years. Winks and great escapes were thrilling, but tonking Utd beats the hell outta that. Absolutely brilliant!!

    Did that really happen?!?

O my gersh, so many man of the match performances, I can't even name them all. How about the entire starting XI. I guess the midfield won the match, but the back line was just huge, and the strikers... holy smokes!

PK had at least three individual defensive displays that, if they came from Glen Johnson or some such name, they'd be gushing over them for a week on the pundit shows. The few times United put a ball in the box, Hangeland -- and Hughes, who I thought was a monster today -- ejected the threat with extreme haste and loathing.

BZ, if you can score goals like that, you can curse me out all you want.
    (Actually, no you can't).

I have said some admiring words about Paul Scholes on this site in the past. They are now all officially archived, as he retired today. I bet he never wants to come to the Cottage again!!

United were lucky to get nil today. Piss on 'em!

Whoever uploaded the highlights mislabeled it, but the actual footage is Fulham-Man U.

Granted, being called Bolton is pretty darned insulting, but at least they didn't call us Newcastle.

(Hope that doesn't count against the moritorium, Steve).
