Mike put up a short release about it on the front page but the number he has is 12,400 in 7 hours.

Saw that. If FFC does not use that in promos, then American Mike's job hangs in the balance...

TORRENT- I've downloaded and watched it is good and has ITV4 broadcast up until they went to their first commercial- sadly they preview a Chris Coleman segment but it is not included in the torrent.

Wow, I am head over heels... This is indescribable!!
I don't know what I will do when they win the final.

I scared the crap out of my daughter & dog (probably some neighbors a couple of blocks away) when they scored the second goal...

Another incredible match. How many times have we said this is the biggest game ever for the club this season? Hell, I felt like I was playing yesterday as the kick off approached. I wasn't nervous about Hamburger at the Cottage until about an hour before kick off. Luckily, the team and I settled down and advanced to another biggest game ever.

Thank you for posting that; GolTV cut away pretty quickly at the end of the match.

How crazy is it that Dempsey (our Yank!) and Davies are the club's two longest-tenured players? Clint is the go-to guy for postgame quotes! And Davies scoring an absolutely massive, gorgeous goal! Man this is awesome.

OK, so this is a screen grab from the Youtube video of the on-field celebrations (note to Fog: hosted on my Photobucket webspace, if you're worried about unauthorized hotlinking):

So... Why is James Lipton on the field talking to Simon Davies?

Hehe I remember that. But I think he was standing before everybody else not really because he senses what's about to happen before everybody else, he kinda has an obstructed view throughout the match because of his size. I think we've all been in his shoes as young fans. I think if we pay attention to fans during sporting events we would probably notice the smallest in the crowd are always the quickest to thier feet.

Guys.. just a note on this and the front page article about fan reaction.

I'm thinking about how to organize everything into one hellacious article.. probably the one that's on there, already.. to make one nice commemorative piece.

I certainly want to do it before the final.. so Steve M and everyone else, bear with me.

If I have a single moment from the game I can can share its this. In the second half things got a bit quiet. Doubts may have been setting in, I was feeling a bit down. I was sitting in the putney end and the hammersmith end started a chant 'if you still believe stand up, if you still believe stand up....'. This was around the 55th minute I think.

This sparked the whole grounds back to life. After the 1st goal the guy next to me bear hugged me, after the second he nearly killed me. I was sitting still soaking it in and I was literally bouncing because the stands were shaking. At that point there was a lot of folks checking their wrist watch and looking for the 4th ref to come out with the added time. Virtually no fulham fan left the grounds until the team had went into the tunnel. I saw a couple do old chaps teared up.

    Game programme - £ 3.5
    Game day scarf - £ 5
    Scalped ticket - £ 100

Fulham in the Europa league final - priceless

I think he probably just didn't know it was impossible for Fulham to win- it is time to suspend disbelief.
