Fulham @ Sunderland [R]

Two points:

1) Stop it with all the alarmist talk. Sanchez should absolutely not be fired. The man's barely had a chance to get his team together and people are already calling for his head. He said very clearly at the start of the season that it would take 2 or 3 years, YEARS, to get the team where he wants it to be. In this society of instant gratification, we can't abide a bit of a slow start without calling for yet another change. Cool it folks. Once things get on track, we're going to have a darn good squad.

2) I hate blaming the refs, I really do. I've always preached that if the ref's call makes a difference in the game, you should never have been in a position where such a call would matter. However, I'm with Mike on the awful treatment we've seen from the officials this year. I've never seen a team in any sport be the victim of so many questionable or downright wrong calls. This has gone beyond just unlucky or Fulhamish for me. Something is not right.
