Who do you want to play upfront against Spurs?

Which points out the need to change from the Radz/ McBride pairing.. and CJ's attitude seems, from the sound of it, to be much like JC's (Jeff Cunningham).
Which didnt work at Columbus, either.

So that leaves McBride/HH or McBride up top with a 4-2-3-1 and Steed and Boa on the flank

Spot on pettyfoggery. If things don't change up front, this weekend against Man U. then (depending on injuries of course), then I will have lost all faith in Chris.

I suppose I should have made MORE derision at those who were impressed by Cunningham's performance at MLS and thought maybe Cookie should get him, but how were they to know what I knew.

That's why the comparison to CJ. They are the same, apparently.

Perhaps I came across wrong, but I was not all that unhappy with the match. I was just pointing out some deficiencies I saw in the team.

I actually was very happy with our effort and committment all night long. We played hard for 90 minutes and never once gave up. That in and of itself leads me to believe that good things will happen to this team in due time.

I think you are right, we played solid but are lacking the finishing in the final third. We don't have the money or the quality players spurs had and we were 'supposed' to lose.

Unfortunately, I didn't get to see this one. But I did hear that we shut down Mendes, and in turn, the Spurs attack. Too bad we couldn't get some scoring opps.
