Fulham Reach FA Cup Youth Final

Looks like it's coming down to the wire. Fulham lead 6-5 on aggregate with ten minutes to play....

 

Unfortunately, the U-18s performed their best senior team impression and allowed 3 goals in the last 15 minutes to succumb to the Scum 7-6 on aggregate.

 

Always proud when the kids give everything they have even if they come up a little short. Followed the wire on the Offal and after Chelski tied it I was most gutted when Roberts hit the post in the 87th with the match tied. :clap: To the kids and the staff for a terrific run.

 

A lot more heart, desire, effort and yes, talent displayed by these youngsters this afternoon than we've seen in the first team this season. Let's hope some of 'em can restore us to our proper place next season. Great season and great effort by Wigley's young men. Encouraging.
