Excellent stuff. The Cottage sounded hell of intense on TV; it's great to hear Tom's take on it from being there in person.

As a new FFC fan, I can say that I honestly am surprised at the degree to which this team has turned my stomach into pureed liver.

I honestly cannot believe the game is still two days away. I saw that the players are off from training today -- I wonder how they are passing the time.

    Also, great podcast Timmy G

I thought of this last night. We scored 2 last week, and Taylor made a few pretty good saves to keep us from scoring 3 or 4. We scored three against City, and if Hart wasn't so on his game it could have been five. James will bring his A game too, but my point is that I see at least one or two goals on Sunday. A clean sheet is a necessity, because I have a feeling that if Fulham makes it 1-0, that this is a game where 1 goal has to be enough to do the job. Who knows, maybe we can get him to go wandering at a key point in the game

Good news, James and Campbell are both out for Sunday. We've had good luck recently against teams missing first choice defenders, now is not the time to stop!

who'd have thought a lefty could be such an asshole? Lefties are usually cooler than that. I mean, look at Boca, look at Convey, look at Lewis, look at ... uh ... me!

Yep, its 5 minutes later than the last time I checked my watch. Damn is this week excruciating or what?? Hosting about 20 for Mom's day, but hell if I won't be in the chat early and sharing my angst.

Enjoyed your podcasts Timmy, let's hear a joyous one next week.

Edit. Could someone link the Day of Destiny vid on the official, good stuff as always.

You said it Joe, there is minimal work getting done today. It's a pretty, Fulhamish Friday in Cleveland, and my mind is not in my office today.

that article was outstanding! You can really see the pressure that the players feel. I can't even imagine it although I'm freakin out myself and we still have two days to go. Simon is a class act! In response to your question Joe, I'd have to say that POY is still wide open at this point, only because we still have the chance to stay up, and Big Mac still has an opportunity to claim it as his. Yes, I know he missed half the season or whatever it was, but he has had some timely goals and more importantly the leadership needed which have helped put is in position to stay up. I think if you see a McBride winner, he could win the award. If we go down, I think Simon will get it. If we stay up and Davies has a hand in the victory, it could be Simon. Davies would be glaring at me right now by the way since I'm obviously looking beyond Sunday. :x
