FoodTech: Real Fries without oil

    Not as simple as it would seem, as we all know.

    Nothing fries like a deep fryer and that means oil.. not some synthetic oil, real oil.

    Now there's hope. just coat the surfaces with the real stuff and stick it in this 'inside out sun' for a few minutes.
