According to the Premier League site the draw will take place "Sunday afternoon, at around 325p" at Soho Sq

It was good to have you, pard. TWENTY-FOUR folks showed up this morning [afternoon in Old Blighty for the three Brit-based dudes who participated]. There were a couple of blips in the system -- once about a dozen folks got kicked out and, in the last minute of the match everything froze -- but it was a fun time for all of us.

Mikey, did you make the trip? How did the boys look? We had no video today, and GJ was just a little bit biased. Any of the faithful who attended, please give us some info.

    Thanks.

Great away win and a trip to the next round. Thanks for the video, Hoppy.

Did AJ make the "drinking" motion after his first goal?

Hard to see on that video. Did something with his right hand and it wasn't his normal aeroplane act. What's the drinking motion all about? A long time between drinks?

That was a nice through-ball by Murphy on Johnson's first goal.

I did go, Don and I was joined by the father-in-law, Katy (for her first away trip since Citeh away last season), Fletcher and a few guys whom I met in the FA Cup Third Round 2 years ago.

Got up at 6:30am, drove to Raynes Park to drop off the car, took the tube up to St. Pancras Station to meet up with the other Fulham fans who were on the 8:55am train to Sheffield. 2 hours and 4 minutes later we were in Sheffield.

Found a Wetherspoons Cick to see the outside, called the Benjamin Huntsman, to have breakfast and a beer, except it was not the one the FFC fans on the earlier train were in. So after eating and drinking up, a large group of us set off on the high street to find the other guys. This was not to be, as the Met Police and local 'old bill' found us in one of the squares and were not too keen on us meeting up at the other pub and gave us a lame excuse. So, after a phone call from a fan in a pub near the station called The Howard, Photo here, off we went where we enjoyed some Carling, Lager tops, a few local beers from local brewer Kelham Island, Guiness and the list continues (no, not only just for me.)

Next up, a taxi ride to the ground where we were about 45 minutes from kick off. We piled into the away end where our fans were in very good voice and more of them than I thought there would be. Tickets were available on the gate so you never know how many would actually show.

The game itself was fairly entertaining. We dominated the first 15 minutes and last 15 minutes easily. In between was fairly 50/50 but after Sheffield scored they had a majority of the possession and created some good chances. I won't go player by player but Johnson/Dempsey were very good and our MOTM. I personally did not want a replay and was VERY relieved we scored and no would say it wasn't coming. The last 15 minutes we showed Premier League class.

Again, the Fulham fans were in very good voice and I hope we get another lower league team away from home in the next round. We'll find out later today.

Back to the Howard for one then on the 6:27pm train from Sheffield to St. Pancras. The other guys on the train were VERY merry and singing all the way home.

A classic cup away game, thoroughly enjoyable. COYW's

    ANY QUESTIONS?

    Yes, three:

    1. Which was the best pint of the day?
    2. How much was the most expensive pint of the day?
    3. What was Julian Grey like?

Best pint? Hmmm, didn't try a wide range of beers but an Indian Pale at that was about 6.5% was very, very good.

Most expensive pint was about 1.90 pounds. It's cheap up north!!

Julian Grey? He was 'OK', and didn't do anything spectacular, just did a job. You could see though that the team was disjointed with the new guys in the starting XI.

A good video of a bit of sing song: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=cryugSbjIxo
