If he typically spends ten million pounds on youngsters like Vermaelen or Walcott then I don't want to hear about how he doesn't have any money to spend.

Not really FFC related, but I hope he doesn't go to Fenerbache. For USMNT purposes, I want to see him playing against the highest competition in England or Spain.

Those are pretty good names we're being linked with.

I'd take Jozy on loan. Couldn't hurt.

Where's fast Eddie Johnson? Anybody know of rumors linking him with a move?

    yes...

"...Meanwhile, American Eddie Johnson looks to be on the move again. There is an open spot at the end of the Fulham bench, or any other squad for that matter, and Fast Eddie certainly looks ripe for the spot."

A loan deal for Altidore would be too good to be true. Give him 20 minutes a game as a sub and his development will double under Roy. I dont even want to get my hopes up!

Remember, guys, that we get linked to practically every American every summer because we're Fulham...

Yep. There are even reports that John Harkes is considering coming out of retirement and signing for Fulham after Clint Dempsey's challenge to Harkes' harsh comments during the Confederations Cup.

Which seems very silly to me since Roy has not shown the slightest interest in any Americans.

Well, he did bring in Eddie Johnson.

But in general, yes, you're right. It may be silly, but it's true.

I think that, if the truth be told, the Johnson deal was in place before Roy got here, but never mind.

Altidore? Altidore? He wont be a Fulham man, but i can dream! He is a beast. He would probably control the ball better if he was not so buff!

Martins would be awesome. He'd take Fulham to another level maybe. He's good and is a decent fellow, from the few interviews I've heard from him.

    I like him.
